Our mission is simple: we want to help small businesses make the most of their IT systems, so they can spend more time using their computers and less time fighting them.
Since we started in 2005, we have been supporting small businesses in and around Stirling, expanding to include clients throughout West and Central Scotland. In fact, our clients are so happy with the service we provide that our very first customers are still with us, ten years later!
We are currently based out of Enterprise House in Springkerse, with another office in Glasgow, allowing us to work with clients across the breadth of central Scotland.

Stirling IT provides the same services as an in-house IT department.
That means the answer to any IT problem is just a phonecall or email away, and if we can’t fix it remotely, we’ll come out and visit you in your office.
What’s more, we really care about making sure you’re satisfied with the service you receive. When you call us for technical support, we’ll explain everything in layman’s terms so you can have confidence you are being treated honestly and fairly.
We don’t use a remote call centre or escalating tiers of support. Each of our engineers have a wide range of technical expertise and will personally deal with any problem you may encounter.
We like to get to know our customers and offer a friendly, personal experience to each user. This close relationship with our customers lets our staff familiarise themselves with your IT setup (since every office is different), so when you call us for help we can deploy an engineer who already knows it inside-out.
