Home IT provides first rate IT support to residential customers.
There are three repair options for Home IT
On Site - Call Out
Collect & Return
Off Site - In House
We ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest standard and are explained without jargon to our customers satisfaction.
Services include: Virus/Spyware removal, PC/Laptop Hardware Repair, Data Recovery, Operating System Re-Installations and more.
Repair Options
On Site repair has an engineer visiting the customers home and performing the repair. There is no call-out fee for customers within our catchment radius*.
Collect & Return has an engineer visit the customers home and collect the machine for repair. We would recommend this service for customers who have virus infestations as onsite repairs can take a number of hours.
Off Site repairs are when customers bring their systems to our office for repair and collect them when complete. This service has the fastest turn around time as on-site repairs and collect & returns have to be scheduled.
* We inform all customers if they are within the catchment area for free call outs
Top Tip for Home Customers
Free Anti-Virus software is not longer effective, full security suites offer the best protection. We recommend:
