Support Plans

Our support plans are tailored to suit a wide range of businesses.

We understand that a small office with only a few computers has different needs and expectations than a larger business with a more complex IT system.

With that in mind, we offer three tiers of support on a monthly contract basis.

You can call us for advice as often as you wish, and every month you are allocated a number of hours of support and maintenance, so that little problems can be fixed before they become big problems.

We also offer a guaranteed response time for emergencies, so if you encounter a problem which prevents you from working, you’ll get an engineer on-site quickly.

Our Bronze plan is recommended for small offices with up to 10 PCs.

Our Silver plan is recommended for medium-sized offices with 10 – 25 PCs.

Our Gold plan is recommended for larger offices with 25 – 75 PCs.

Addition Details:

  • All support is provided during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM)
  • No call-out fees
  • Minimum duration of 1 hour per call-out
  • Minimum duration of 30 minutes for remote or phone support

  • 12 months minimum contract on all plans

Ad-Hoc vs Maintenance

Consider the analogy of owning and maintaining a car. You might choose to only take it to a mechanic when it breaks down, but over time the car will fall into disrepair, break down more often, and cost more to fix when it does.

But with regular maintenance, such as oil and filter changes, mechanical inspections, washing and valeting, the car will remain operational and hold its value for a long time.

“I’d rather only pay for support when I need it. What’s better about a support plan?”

A monthly support plan isn’t necessarily better for all businesses.

Ad-hoc (pay-as-you-go) is ideal if you use very few devices and only experience infrequent computer trouble. We are happy to offer ad-hoc support as an alternative to our monthly plans.

However, when you rely on ad-hoc support you may find that you “save up” problems until you reach a breaking point, rather than calling for support every time something goes wrong.

Our monthly support plans make it easy and affordable to tackle problems as they happen.

And if you go through a period when nothing needs fixed, you can use your support allowance to get routine maintenance carried out instead. This can include removal of toolbars/popups, PC speed optimisation, hard drive cleanup, error checking, dusting/vacuuming of internal components, and so on.
